Week 2

After a whole week of daily meditation, the goal for this week is to finish all our work early every evening and give ourselves time to relax before going to sleep.

Have dinner early, complete all chores, and don't watch T.V or read novels. Make sure you have nothing to do; keep your mind free of all clutter for a while and try listening to soothing music every night before drifting off to sleep.


Music enriches the soul and activates the right hemisphere of the brain. Physical and mental relaxation, and quiet, will ensure that we have a good night's sleep. This in turn has a profound effect on the day that follows.
